Immersive labs
to rehearse real change
An invitation to step beyond the roles you've learned to play and reconnect with the person you are becoming. Together, we'll explore what is calling you next, uncover fresh perspectives, and create a life and career guided by greater clarity, purpose and authentic direction.
Explore who you could become
in complete safety.
At the heart of Voyagility Labs
is the rehearsal room.
A space where to try, adjust and discover
what might work differently.
(and with plenty of fun along the way!!)
Why a rehearsal room?
First things first: this is not an acting course. No scripts, no auditions, and no one is going to ask you to become Hamlet.
What we borrow from theatre is the logic of the rehearsal room.
Actors don’t wait until opening night to try something for the first time.
They rehearse: they try, adjust, get things wrong, learn and try again.
Life rarely gives us that luxury. A difficult conversation, a new role, or a change in how we relate to others often happens in real time.
Voyagility Labs brings the logic of the rehearsal room into real life. We borrow its principles not to teach performance, but to create a carefully held space where you can experiment, test new responses and discover what might work differently before the real moment arrives.
It is a place where ideas are tested, mistakes become learning, and confidence grows through experience rather than perfection.
At Voyagility Labs, you step into different perspectives, as participant, storyteller and author, to rehearse new possibilities for your life, your work and your relationships.
Join Clare Moore and Simone Douani for an intimate 2½-day journey with a small group, featuring one unforgettable rehearsal as part of a truly immersive experience.
The first Voyagility Labs are planned for 2027, with locations and dates currently being finalised. Want to hear more sooner? Drop us a line using the form at the bottom of the page.
WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
Before the journey begins, we'll identify your living case study and gather clues and signals for change.
Lab Day 1
Gather late afternoon.
Creating the space we want to work in.
Identifying a transformation of those areas of your life and leadership that you want to move toward mastery.
Finding your unique needs and outcomes.
Lab Day 2
How is your current story helping or hindering you?
Discovering and embodying your new story.
Learn new ways to deepen relationships with others based on mutuality, love, and honesty.
Gain powerful communication tools for sharing your story, encouraging others to share their own – and for co-creating shared stories that bring joint meaning and purpose.
Lab Day 3
Deepening our new story.
Gaining perspectives and ideas from the group.
Preparing for re-entry to The Real World.
Anticipating barriers and distractions waiting for us, creating strategies for success before we leave the room.
Making commitments for the future.
WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH
A real situation rehearsed, not just discussed
You will have tested new ways of approaching a conversation, decision, relationship or change that matters to you.
A different way
of responding to challenge and uncertainty.
You will have tried new behaviours and perspectives in the room, rather than simply understanding them intellectually.
Something concrete to take into real life.
You leave with commitments and practical experiments to continue after the Lab.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
None. This isn’t about performing well. It’s about experimenting honestly. Theatre gives us the method, not the standard.
-
No. It’s practice. We work with situations, choices and possibilities — not diagnoses. If you need a different kind of support, we’ll say so clearly and kindly.
-
Anyone standing in front of change: a leader, a parent, someone between chapters, or simply someone wondering what might come next. The room works because the group is mixed.
-
You choose what to bring and how far to take it. Safety isn’t a promise we make once at the beginning; it’s something we build through how the room is held, hour by hour.
